The Department of Law of Savitribai Phule Pune University introduced the One year LLM Programme in place of two year LL.M. Programme.

LL.M. Programme

The Department offer the Programme in Five branches

Constitutional & Administrative Law
Business & Corporate Law
International Law & Human Rights
Science & Technology Law and Criminal Law

Duration: One Year (Full Time Course)

Eligibility:

Graduate in law of a Statutory University (Bachelor of Laws: 3 years/5 years)

Admission-

The Admission shall be on the basis of Merit obtained in the Entrance Test and marks obtained in qualifying examination

Documents required in original and two photocopies of the same.

Proof of date of birth: SSC & HSC Certificate.

Statement of marks of all the 5 years/ 3 years LL.B Degree examination.

Caste Certificate and Creamy Layer Certificate, if applicable.

Transfer Certificate.

Migration Certificate, if applicable.

The students shall confirm their admission by paying the total fees on or before the prescribed date.

Total tuition fees will be Rs. 45,000/- Plus other fee Rs.2840/- for the course (excluding examination fees).
