The University of Ibadan is a Public University .

It is located in Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria .

It was Founded in 1948 .

The Direct Mode of Entry is for Applicants who Desire to Enter into the 200 or 300 levels of Study, Depending on the Qualifications they Possess.

Entry Qualifications for this Mode of Admission Include :
Possession of ‘A’ level Certificates,
National Certificate of Education Certificates (NCE),
National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Certificates

These Candidates are Expected to obtain Direct Entry form, which they Do by Registering on-line on the Website of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

How to Apply :

Candidates are to pay N4, 000.00 (this Excludes bank Charges) into U.I. Admission Processing Fee Account at the University of Ibadan Micro-Finance Bank (Acct. No – 1050000027)

Candidates are Advised to Keep their Bank Teller.

The Teller should have full Names of the Candidate (SURNAME first) as Indicated in the DE Registration print-out Preceded by the JAMB Registration Number, as the payee.

Name and JAMB Registration Number should be quoted in the depositor’s name at the point of payment (in the Bank).
