On your first day of class you will need to have the following items completed and ready to run in:

L-2 Medical Screening Form/L-3 Psychological Evaluation

TCOLE - TCLC - form submitted

Applicants should have complete fingerprint criminal history check from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

This must be done before your first day/night of class

Medical Screening Form (Form AE-6)

Certified copy of birth certificate

Applicants should have High school diploma or G.E.D.

Applicants should have Copy of valid driver's license and Social Security Card

If you are a military veteran your DD214 discharge papers.
