As per my searching I was founded last year election schedule of University Of Calicut.

College Union Election Schedule 2015-16:

Date of Notification : 01.09.2015 2 p.m.
Publication of Preliminary electoral roll : 01.09.2015 2.30 p.m.
Last date and time for correction/ addition/deletion in the preliminary electoral roll :
03.09.2015 1 pm
Publication of final electoral roll : 03.09.2015 4 pm
Last date and time for filing nominations : 07.09.2015 1 pm
Scrutiny of nominations : 07.09.2015 2.30 pm
Publication of valid list of nominations : 07.09.2015 4.30pm
Last date and time for withdrawal of nominations : 08.09.2015 1 pm
Publication of final list of nominations : 08.09.2015 3 pm
Poll, if necessary : 15.09.2015 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
Counting of votes : 15.09.2015 2 pm onwards
Publication of Results : Immediately after counting.
Every College affiliated to the University of Calicut shall have a College students’
Union called (Name of the College) Union, hereinafter called the Union.
The objectives of the Union shall be:

To train the students of the college in the duties, responsibilities and rights of citizenship,

To promote opportunities for the development of character leadership, efficiency, knowledge and spirit of service among the students,
To organize debates, seminars, work squads, torus and similar other activities,
To encourage sports, arts and other cultural, educational and recreational activities that are incidental and conductive to the above objects, and
To work for the general welfare of the student community
