I am searching for the UIIC official website to download some forms related to UIIC. Will you please provide me complete process to get to the download page from official website of UIIC and also tell me lists of download files available in that website?

1 Visit the official website of the UIIC which looks like:



2 Now at the top right corner you will get the “Download” link click on that you will redirected to the new page which looks like:



3 Select the link for which you want to do downloading.

4 Your file will be downloaded in the PDF format.
