UID Registration in Chennai

Sir, I want to apply for Unique Identification (UID) card in Chennai. So tell me how can I register for UID at Chennai ?

In order to register for Unique Identification (UID) card you are required to fill the application form .Here I am providing PDF file link from where you can get the application form.

You are required to fill the application form and submit the same duly filled in along with the required documents at the Post Office for enrolment.

Aadhaar (UID) card will be issued by UIDAI directly to
the Resident by Post.
