My brother wants to get admission in UG course IIT Bombay so for that please give me courses list of IIT Bombay? And rules and regulations being followed at IIT Bombay for UG courses so please provide me information about UG Rulebook of IIT Bombay?

IIT Bombay on an average annually admits around 600 candidates for the undergraduate programmes (B.Tech./Dual Degree and 5 year Integrated M.Sc. through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)

IIT Bombay follows a specialized credit based semester system.

There are two Semesters in an academic year (Autumn July-Nov; and Spring - January-April) during which all courses specified for various degree
programmes are offered.

programmes consists of courses in basic
sciences, humanities and social sciences,
engineering and technology and other related
topics.

Grading

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay follows grading system.

Based on the combined performance in all assessments, the student is awarded a letter grade in every course taken by him/her in a particular semester as per the curriculum.

The letter grades and their equivalent grade point are given below:
