Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited applications for the recruitment of Assistant Director of Handloom and Textiles vacancies for the years 2007-2008, 2010-2011, 2012-2013 and 2015-2016 on Direct Recruitment basis.

Name of the Post: Assistant Director of Handloom and Textiles

Total No. of Posts: 14

Eligibility Criteria-

Degree in Textile Technology/ Degree in M.com/ M.A. with Economics as the main subject/ M.Sc., with Mathematics as the main subject

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be 18 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/ DCs, BCs (OBCMs), BCMs and Destitute Widows of all Castes, 18 – 30 years for others as on 01-07-2016.

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on written examination, oral test and interview.

Examination Fee:

Candidates should pay Rs. 125/- (Rs. 50/- For one time Registration Fee) through online by using Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card or it can be paid at State Bank of India/Indian Bank.

No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
