Can you tell me about the admission requirement and curriculum for MBA or Master of Business Administration course offered by TKM Institute of Management (TIM)?

The TKM Institute of Management (TIM) is one of Kerala's premier B-schools. The MBA Program of TIM is accredited by National Board of Accreditation.

Selection Based on Composite Score in the following:

• Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA & CMAT conducted by AICTE
• Group Discussion
• Interview

GD selection criteria
On the basis of their communication, attitude, listening, reasoning ability leadership and persuasive skills one is selected.

Eligibility
Minimum of 50% marks in Part III for BA, B.Sc & B.Com Graduates and 50% aggregate marks for all other graduates (48 % for OBC candidate & 35% for SC /ST graduates) is required for Bachelors or Masters degree approved by the University of Kerala to be eligible for MBA course.

One awaiting final year/semester mark list should produce all mark lists received till the final year or final semester.

Curriculum
The two year full time degree program will have four semesters of sixteen weeks each. The first two semesters develop the fundamental knowledge essential to the understanding of business and core knowledge that provides analytical skills for practical application.
One sharpens the skills and aptitude thereby strengthening the knowledge in particular areas by opting specializations from the functional domains during the third and fourth semesters.
