N problem I will let you know Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientist exam tips and other details of exam.

Here are some tips
Most important thing is list out all subjects and start preparing according to weightage of marks in the previous year papers.

Focus on research and understanding topics while preparing the topic instead of memorizing. It will also help you to crack the interview after the written test.

Once the syllabus is covered, you must practice previous year questions of ISRO. Because 20 to 30 percent of questions would be repeated from previous year.

More than 90 percent of ISRO questions will be asked from GATE syllabus. So you can depend on GATE syllabus or undergraduate syllabus to cover the topics for ISRO exam.

Exam pattern
Test consist of 80 questions to be answered in 90 minutes.

Each question carries 3 marks for correct answer.

Negative marking of 1/3 for each wrong answer (i.e. 1 Mark is deducted for each wrong answer).

Question paper is objective type.

Pay and Allowances:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer'SC' in the pay band (PB-3) of Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs 5400/-.

The gross emoluments in the minimum of pay band will at present be approximately Rs 45,990/-p.m.

Selection process:
Selection process comprises of two phases-
Written Exam : Exam is conducted annually for various braches as mention above, exam consist of 80 question and time allotted is 90 mins.

Personal Interview: Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be short-listed for interview, the schedule and venue of which will be notified.

Written test is only a first level screening and written test score will not be considered for final selection process.

Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the interview will be eligible for consideration for empanelment in the selection panel, in the order of merit.
