Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII.

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed graduation in the concern subject with good academic record from any recognized university of India.

Age limit:
The applicants must have 28 years of maximum age as on 01 Aug , 2014.

Important dates:
Online applications for KAR TET 2014 started from : 20 April , 2014
Closing date for submitting application form : 03 May , 2014
Last date for paying application fee and uploading images : 05 May , 2014
KAR TET 2014 admit card will be available : From 15 May , 2014 to 25 May , 2014
Karnataka TET exam 2014 will be on : 01 June , 2014
