Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a standardized test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers to enroll in American universities. TOEFL is one of the two major English-language tests in the world, the other being the IELTS.

The test is accepted by many English-speaking academic and professional institutions.

TOEFL Test Eligibility

There are no restrictions based on age or qualifications.
So any one can take the test.

TOFEL Pattern

Section No of questions Time Allowed
Listening Section 30 - 50 questions 40 - 60 min.
Structure Section 20 - 25 questions 15 - 20 min.
Reading Section 44 - 60 questions 70 - 90 min.
Writing Section 1 Essay 30 min.

Total 94 - 135 question + 1 Essay 4 hrs (approx)
