Tata Institute of Social Sciences Grading System

I want to know about the Grading system of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for its all courses. My friend informed me that from this year the Grading system is applied on its all courses. So pls give the method to convert marks into Grades. I am also doing MA Course from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, so I want to convert my marks in to Grades.
