I am belonging to the OC category? I want to appear in the Tamil Nadu Government SI exam? So I am searching for what is the age limit for that? Also tell me about its eligibility?

Age limit for sub inspector of police for OC candidates is 21 to 28 years. The Tamil Nadu Police invites recruitments to the post of the Sub Inspectors each tear. The recruitment is open for all the Indian Nationals by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board through the written exam,

You are looking for the eligibility required for this post. Here I am providing you the basic eligibility required for that. This is as follows:

Eligibility for Recruitment:

The Ages of the applicants should be between 20 to 28 years for all the male and female candidates

Age limit for sub inspector of police for OC candidates is 21 to 28 years


The height of all the applicants should be as follows:

Minimum 170 cms for Male and Minimum 159 cms

For Female candidates (167 cms and 157 cms for SC/ST)

The chest of all the male candidates should be 81


The candidates should be having a graduate degree in any stream from any recognized college/ institute of India


Selection Criteria:

There are two exams these are as follows:

Prelims
Mains Exam


The applicants need to appear and qualify in both the exams.

The candidates qualifying in both the exam will be called for the Interview held subsequently after the written exams.
