Syntel conducts its recruitment drives in many colleges every year in all over India. The new recruited candidates participate in a two year program designed for recent graduates to have an intense knowledge about the processes and possess skilled expertise.

This program is focused on “learning by performing” and consists of classroom teachings, assignments, individual attention, and working for live projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants to this program must be a recent graduate with a BE / B-Tech in any Discipline, Masters in Computer Applications; or M. Sc in Mathematics, Statistics or Physics.

TO TAKE A RISK, TRY TO IGNORE IT).
2.THEN QUANTI WAS ALSO EASY.
PRAPARE 4M RS AGGRAWAL..AS ALWAYS.
I DONT REMEMBER ALL QUESTIONS, ALSO ITS OF NO USE,COZ QUESTIONS DO NOT GET
REPEATED. BUT MOST OF THEM WERE ON TIME AND WORK, RATIO AND PROPORTION.

THEN THERE WAS HR ROUND. NO TECHNICAL WAS THERE AS PER SCHEDULE..BUT THEN THEY
DECIDED TO TAKE TECH.INTVW ALSO IN THE SAME.
STIL I WAS SENT TO 2 DIFFRNT HRS FOR PI N TI...
THEIR POLICY IS TO CHECK UR COMMUNICATION SKILLS N CONFIDENCE ONLY..
SO B CONFIDENT...GO N GET IT.. FINALLY 37 WERE SELECTED...N I WAS 1 OF
THEM,,,BELIVE ME.IT WAS MY 5TH COMPANY..N IKNOW HOW BORING IT IS TO PREPARE
APTI N ALL D SAME STUFF AGAIN N AGIAN.....BUT FRIENDS DO PREPARE IT EVERY TIME.

The Syntel Online test is the first stage of Syntel Recruitment Process. This round, as the name suggests will assess the basic aptitude of candidates. This test decided whether the candidate will go for the next stages of Syntel Recruitment, i.e. Technical and HR Interview Rounds.


Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

Written Exam
Group Discussion
Technical Interview
HR Interview


Academic Criteria:
55% throughout the academic career (Class X, XII, Graduation and post-graduation)
Pending backlogs are not allowed.
Maximum gap of 1 year is allowed.


Pattern of Written Exam:

Section No. of questions Time Limit
Quantitative Ability 30 20 mins
Verbal 30 20 mins
Logical Reasoning 30 20 mins
Total 90 60 mins

The total time allotted to the written exam is 60 minutes. There is no negative marking in the paper.


Details:

English Language section consists of short reading comprehension passages.
They are easy to solve and answers can be easily found in the passages.
This section also consists of basic grammar usage questions like fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, paragraph completion, sentence completion, vocabulary, etc.

Logical Reasoning section consists of data interpretation and logical reasoning questions.
The section involves easy solving puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, line arrangements, statement-assumption, etc.

Quantitative Ability section consists of questions from the topics like algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc.
This section is of moderate level.
