Syndicate Bank conducts training for Probationary Officer position, & PO recruitment through which they intend to recruit young graduates, train & appoint them as probationary officers.
The hiring process is being done along with Manipal university & NITTE university.

Age:
20 – 30 years

Qualification:
The applicant Completed graduation with min. 60% marks.

IBPS score is not required.
Hence even those who have`nt appeared for common exam can apply.

Appear for Online Test:

All eligible applicants will have to participate in a online test (objective type) that is scheduled in the month of December.

Qualifiers of the exam shall then be invited for GD/ Interviews.

The online test would contain 200 questions each carrying 1 mark for a total of 200 marks.

While 0.25 would be reduced as negative mark, the duration of the exam is 120 minutes.

Candidates chosen through the aforesaid selection process will be admitted for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance course at Manipal University (Bangalore) & NITTE University (Noida)

During the training period stipend of Rs.2500 (for 9 months) & Rs.10,000 (final 3 months) shall be paid to meet your expenses.

After successful completion of the course, they shall be inducted into Syndicate Bank as Probationary Officer.

The total cost of this programme is Rs.3.50 lakhs but students can avail an educational loan from the bank itself to finance it.

Hey as per my idea PO recruitment in Syndicate Bank through Manipal and Nitte University was held in 2014 and here I am giving you details :-

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Degree (Graduation) with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification as such recognized by Central Govt.
Age Limit
Minimum Age - 20 years; Maximum Age - 30 years
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit
SC/ST Candidates - 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates - 3 years
Selection Process

Candidates shall be selected by Syndicate Bank through a selection process consisting of an (open) online test followed by Group Discussion and Interview

Objective (Online)

Reasoning - 50 No. of questions; 50 max marks

Quantitative Aptitude - 50 No. of questions; 50 max marks

English Language - 50 No. of questions; 50 max marks

General Awareness - 50 No. of questions; 50 max marks

Time: Composite time of 2 hours


Programme Fees

The fees for this Course will be Rs.3.50/- lakhs (all inclusive of boarding, Lodging and course fees, other fees, etc.) plus service taxes, as applicable to be paid by the student

Apart from the above course fees, the exam fees for undergoing various Certification exams viz. NISM (Mutual Funds) and NISM (Depository services) as mandated under the course will have to be borne by the candidates, as per the fees charged by NISM from time to time for conducting these Certification exams

Currently, the fees for NISM (Mutual Funds) and NISM (Depository services) certification exams comes to Rs.2500/- per candidate
