As you want I am telling Kotak Probationary Officer program has been set up jointly by Kotak Mahindra Bank and Manipal Global to train selected personnel of Kotak Bank in order to ensure that they are equipped with the skill set necessary to perform well in their role as a banker.

The complete course duration is 12 months, comprising of nine months full-time residential course which is followed by three months of internship in one of the branches at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

On successful completion of Kotak Probationary Officer program, learners are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management (PGDBRM) by Manipal Global and are subsequently absorbed as Probationary officers in Kotak Mahindra Bank.
