The Pune University offers B Com. The Business Laws and Practices is a paper of S. Y. B. Com. Here is the syllabus of the paper. Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 Definition and features of a co-operative society- Types of Cooperative Societies- Restrictions on the society- Registration, cancellation of registration, & de-registration of a society- Bye Laws and model bye-Laws and amendments of bye-laws.
