Yes dear, here I am providing following exam pattern of Bank Clerk Exam: Name of Tests (Objective) No. of Questions Maximum Marks Reasoning 40 40 English Language 40 40 Numerical Ability 40 40 General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry 40 40 Computer Knowledge 40 40 Total 200 200 Exam Syllabus: First Section – Test of Reasoning First section will be Logical Reasoning means the process of forming judgements, conclusions from premises or facts. The question in this section may be based on Verbal and Non-Verbal. • Analogy, • Decision making, • Word formation, • Series, • Decoding & coding, • Blood relation, • Symbol & notation, • Statement & conclusion, • Sitting arrangement and • Problem solving. English language: The questions in this section may be asked from the topic is vocabulary means • Homonyms, • Synonyms, • Antonyms, • Sentence completion, • Word formation and the • Topic comprehension means • Deriving conclusion, • Theme detection, • Passage completion and the topic • Rearrangement of passage, • Spelling, sentence and the topic • Grammar • Active passive voice, • Indirect direct speech • Phrases • Idioms. Third Section – Numerical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude The question in this selection may be based on two topics like as Arithmetic and Data Interpretation. • Data interpretation means bar graphs, • Pie charts, • Line graphs and tabulation. • Arithmetic means roots, • Average, ratio, • Time & work, • Time & distance, • Percentage, • Profit & loss, • Mixture, • Stocks & shares, • Partnership, • Clocks, • Volume & surface area, • Height & distances, • Logarithms, • Permutation & combination, • Simple & compound interest, • In equations & equations and probability. Fourth Section – General Awareness Fourth section for IBPS common test is General Awareness. Sports, Constitution, Politics, History, Banking, Culture, Geography, Economy, Techniques Finance. Syllabus Quantitative Aptitude : Number system Simplifications Roots & Averages Surds & Indices Percentages Profit&Loss Ratio& Proportion Partner ship Chain rule Time & work Pipes & Cisterns Time & Distances Problems on trains Boats & streams Allegation & mixtures Simple Interest Compound interest Data Integration : line graphs bar graphs pie charts Tabulation Reasoning Ability : Verbal reasoning: Non verbal reasoning : General English : Comprehension Spelling: General Awareness: Knowledge of current events Sports , history, geography, culture,Indian constitutions News about technology and researches News on India and its neighboring countries Computer Awareness Eligibility for clerk Nationality: candidates should be an Indian with valid Residence Certificate. Age limit: age criterion is set to 18 to 28 years for General candidates and person who belongs to reserved category, they will be shortlisted according to age relaxation as per Govt rules. Qualification: 12th passed out candidates can join Clerk Exam with minimum 60% with computer diploma. And reserved category will have relaxation in marks – 55% for OBC and near at 50% for SC/ST category. |
