Students Facilitation Center is located at the main entrance of the University and aims at providing important services under one roof to the students of University of Pune.

Its services include applying for and receiving various documents/certificates related to Examination section and BCUD section.

General Facilities

General Enquiry
Enquiry Counter at the Students Facilitation Center is a help-desk for answering the queries of new visitors to the University.

It also guides regarding official processes of various services available at the Center. One may also contact University officials using internal telephone lines at the Center.

Accepting University Payments
Collection Centre of HDFC Bank is available at the Students Facilitation Center. Various payments to the University are accepted here in the form of cash, demand draft, credit/debit cards. Auto-generated online challans are acceptable at this collection center.

The bank services are available on all working days of the University during office working hours.

Attestation of Documents
Students Facilitation Center provides the facility of attesting photocopies, if original documents are produced. It is available on all working days of the University.
