Firstly go to the official website of the State Bank of India Card

Than on this page in the left side there will be section of “Premium Cards”

From this section click on “SBI Platinum Card”

Than again you will get the new page

At this page click on “Apply now”

Than its form will open

In this form enter all the details and than click on “Next”
