Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has Invited Applications from Eligible Candidates for Filling up the posts of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operator and Lower Divisional Clerks. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: The Candidates must have Passed class 12 or equivalent Examination from a Recognized Board or Institute. Age limit: The Candidates applying for the above post should be between 18 to 27 years old . Application Fee: An application fee of Rs 100 needs to be paid by the means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS). The candidates must follow the procedure while paying through (CRFS). Payment of application fee is exempted for all women and candidates belonging to SC, ST, physically handicapped and ex-servicemen. Selection Procedure: The Candidates will be selected on the Basis of their performance Written Examination and skill test. Pay Scale: Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants: Rs 5,200 - Rs 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month Data entry operator: Rs 5,200 - Rs 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month Lower divisional clerk: Rs 5,200 - Rs 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month |
