SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam eligibility
I have completed my 3 years diploma in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic College after 10th. I want to appear in the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam? Can you please tell me what is basic eligibility required for that exam?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination for recruitment at 1,997 Group C posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk at various central government ministries/departments/offices. As you say that you have completed 3 years diploma in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic College after 10th. You are eligible for that exam. Eligibility The Candidates who have cleared Class 12 or equivalent exam are eligible to take the test. The Combined Higher Secondary Level examination will consist of two parts – Part 1 will be a written examination and Part 2 will be a practical test. Candidates applying for the role of Data Entry Operator will undergo a skill test for the practical test and candidates applying for the Lower Division Clerk posts will undergo a typing test for the practical test segment. Exam scheme:: Part Subject Questions Marks I General Intelligence 50 50 II English Language (Basic Knowledge) 50 50 III Numerical Aptitude 50 50 IV General Awareness 50 50 |
