SSC CGL OBC Certificate

I am belonging from OBC category. I want to fill the online application form for SSC CGL Exam. I want OBC Certificate to complete this Application Form and that Certificate is also given by SSC. So tell me that can I get the OBC Certificate from the official notification of SSC CGL Examination?
