Hello, here I am providing you the details of the Specimen Signature Card offered by the Syndicate Bank as under:

About the bank:
Syndicate Bank is one of the oldest and major commercial banks of India. It was founded by T M A Pai, Upendra Pai and Vaman Kudva. At the time of its establishment, the bank was known as Canara Industrial and Banking Syndicate Limited.

Signature card:
A card that must be signed by an individual who is opening an account at a bank or other similar institution. This card is kept on file, and it is used by the bank to confirm the identify of the person when they return, for example to access their safe deposit box.

Account opening procedure:
1. Set of Application forms
2. Certified copy of Passport with identifying details
3. Proof of address (Domestic utility bills etc.)
4. References from existing customer or Bank
5. in case of Company Accounts - Certificate of Incorporation, Board Resolution, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Financial Statement, Certified copies of Passport of two Directors with proof of their residence etc. are additional requirements.
