1. Architectural Conservation & Urban Design:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Planning from a recognized university or equivalent

2. Environmental Planning: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.

3. Regional Planning & Urban Planning:
Bachelor’s Degree in planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural or Civil Engieering or Architectural Engineering or MA in Geography or Economics or Sociology from a recognized university or equivalent

4. Housing: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent

5. Transport Planning: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architectural or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engieering from a recognized University

6. Landscape Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning or Master’s Degree in Planning

7. Building Engineering and Management:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or Architecture or Architectural Engineering or Building Science

8. Design (Industrial Design):
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture of a recognized university or equivalent or Bachelor’s Design in Engineering/Design/Fine Arts of a recognized university or equivalent with valid CEED score

9. Marks: Candidates with atleast 55% marks in aggregate at the qualifying Examination, 50% aggregate marks in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates
