Smail iitm

What are the various facilities and accommodation provided by the Student Mail system provided by the IIT Madras? I have to lodge a complaint and I have been told that for that should visit this portal? So tell me the procedure for listing my complain here

I am registering the IITM Smail but there is some issue. Can you please share the contact details of the IITM Smail computer centre helpdesk so I can talk them about my issue over the phone? And if it possible for you, then give me procedure of registration?
