Canteen Subsidy
Rs.250/- per month

Conveyance Expenses
For those who own vehicle :19 Ltrs. of petrol p.m.
For those who do not own vehicle:Rs.600/- p.m.

News paper
Full reimbursement of cost of one non financial News paper
Brief case Reimbursement of cost of one brief case not Exceeding Rs.900/- once in three years

Casual Leave
Casual Leave 12 days in a calendar year

Sick Leave
One month for each completed year of service on half pay up to 18 months and additional 3 months after 24 years of service

Maternity Leave
In case of delivery 6 months at a time and 12 months during the entire service and within the overall period of 12 months, leave may also be granted in case of miscarriage/ abortion/ MTP. In case of Hysterectomy 45 days leave and in case of child adoption 2 months leave

2200/- every calendar year [full amount in the year of joining also, irrespective of the month of Joining]

Demand Loan (EDL)
Eligible after one year of confirmed service. Quantum of loan depends upon the length of Service, subject to maximum of 5 months gross.

Special Demand Loan Eligible after five years of service. Loan amount is five months gross salary
Consumer Loan (CIL) Eligible after 3 years of confirmed service Loan amount is Rs.15,000/-

Vehicle Loan (EHPL)
Eligible for Rs.75,000/- on confirmation 6 years

Car Loan (EMCL)
Eligible after 5 years of service (for Ex-servicemen employees : On completion of Probation period). Loan amount is 80% of cost of Car

Overdraft (ECOD)
Eligible after one year of confirmed service. Loan amount depends upon length of service with Maximum of Rs.3.50 lacs.

Secured Loan (ESCC
Eligible after completion of probation period. Maximum Loan amount is Rs.1.50 lakhs.

Housing Loan (NSHL)
Upto Rs.35 lacs after confirmation of service.
