Selection Criteria for IIMS

Hello Abhinav, selection criteria differs for each IIM, but broadly IIms look at your 10th marks, 12th marks, undergrad score, duration of work experience, academic diversity and gender diversity. Some IIMs place more weightage on one or more of these factors, while some IIMs do not place any weightage on these factors. The criteria also varies from year to year.

The IIms will get all these details about you from the form that you fill while applying for CAT.
