SBI Quick Pay IRCTC

I have my saving account in SBI Bank. I will go at Mumbai from Jaipur by Train. So I will book ticket for me and my wife. So tell me is there any procedure for quick pay to IRCTC to book ticket online and pay amount by SBI Account?

The State Bank of India provides facility to book train tickets over IRCTC portal using IMPS.

Here I am providing steps for making payments for booking tickets over IRCTC portal:

Obtain One Time Password before you log into IRCTC portal.

OTP can be obtained through the menu option provided in the mobile banking application under IMPS- Interbank Mobile Payment Service  Generate OTP.

The Mobile Banking users registered for USSD or SMS banking can obtain the OTP.

The OTP will be valid for one hour only.

Make the Payment
After completing the necessary data entry over the IRCTC portal, proceed to make payment for the tickets purchased.

From the payment options , choose Mobile/ Net Banking and choose IMPS.

You will be directed to the STATE BANK OF INDIA  PAYMENT GATEWAY screen in which the merchant name (IRCTC), order number and ticket amount will be displayed.

Enter your Mobile number (registered for the Mobile Banking Service), your MMID, OTP obtained and submit.

The submitted data will be processed and payment instructions to IRCTC will be confirmed accordingly.

The user will be charged Rs.5/- if the cost of the tickets booked is up to Rs.5000/- and Rs.10/- if the cost exceeds Rs.5000/-.
