Hey as per my idea Under the offer all Standard Chartered Credit and Debit
Card holders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to get 10% cash back on Samsung
Galaxy Grand 2 and Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo purchased at participating
stores(“Offer”)

Eligibility for offer

The offer is valid on EMI and non EMI purchases. EMI purchase is available
only on Credit Card transactions.

Debit Card transactions are not eligible for EMI purchase.

For EMI purchases the offer is valid only on 6/9/12 month EMI tenure.

An interest of 13%(on reducing balance) for 6 month tenure and14% (on
reducing balance) on 9 and 12 month tenure will be applicable for the EMI

The offer wasvalid from 14h March'14 till 31st March'14

Cash Back amount will be credited on or before 30th May'14

Maximum cash back available is Rs. 1710/- for Grand Neo and Rs. 2290/- for
Grand 2

The Cash Back provided under this Offer can be availed only once on a
particular card during the Offer period

The offer is not valid for NRE customers

Terms and conditions

The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of
such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard
Chartered Bank

Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other
authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed
to the account of the Cardholder

This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of
Standard Chartered Bank

Standard Chartered Bank is not making any commitment to make such
similar offers beyond the Offer Period

All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder's agreement shall continue
to apply

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in
Mumbai only
