Re: SALT Respiration
The Salt Respiration gives a Mechanism of Accumulation by Transporting Anions into The Cell. They Hypothesis postulates a Mechanism which hereby anions are transported by An Electron career in the Direction opposite to Electrons & Thus cations exchange takes place which gives results into Salt accumulation. The rate of respiration due to anion absorption is known as anion respiration or salt respiration this respiration is generally in plants. The addition in rate of oxygen uptake usually occurs when washed slices of plant tissue are treated with salt solutions was described as "salt respiration". Salt Respiration usually takes place in plants and deals with soil salinity and improving the salt tolerance of cultivated plants. It is of great importance now a day. It was made to reveal the mechanism of salt stress and the nature of salt tolerance in plants. |
