Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, sagar University, was established on 18th July 1946 by Dr. Harisingh Gour. Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar will conduct Ph.D. entrance exam in the last week of May, 2013 for admission to the Ph.D. level programme for the academic session 2013-14.
