Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) is a public state university in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It was established on August 4, 1923. It is one of the oldest universities in India and the second oldest in the state of Maharashtra.

Online Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) is conducted centrally by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur for admission to Degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
