Re: Risk IITB
As per your request here I am providing you the details of project title Application Of Gis Based Risk.iitb V3.0 In Seismic Disaster Risk Mitigation. Title: Application Of Gis Based Risk.iitb V3.0 In Seismic Disaster Risk Mitigation Abstract: The strongest and largest of all natural hazards are earthquakes. This project built environment, when are exposed to such a devastating disaster results in severe loss of human lives and properties. These reasons call for the need of vulnerability analysis against earthquakes and the seismic hazard mitigation methodologies. These economic and social effects can be reduced through a comprehensive assessment of seismic hazard and risk that leads to increased public awareness, seismically sensitive land use planning and the implementation of seismically sound building construction codes.
