Recruitment is the process of searching the candidates for employment Whereas selection is the series of steps by which the most suitable candidates are screened for choosing.

Recruitment is a process which encouraging more and more candidates to apply for Job Whereas selection is a negative process as it involves rejection of the unsuitable candidates.
