The programme provides a professional qualification in housing management. It provides a firm grounding in the theory and practice of housing management.


Entry Requirements

Applicants for admission shall: --

have satisified the minimum University entrance requirement; or
possess the equivalent matriculation qualification; or
hold a post-secondary diploma awarded by a post secondary institution; or
hold a HKU SPACE Certificate in Property Management (previously known as Advanced Certificate in Property Management) with Credit (Grade C) or above in 3 or more modules; or
hold a HKU SPACE Certificate in Housing Practice;

Applicants with 5 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years at the managerial level in the industry will be considered on individual merit.

Applicants with the necessary qualfications will be required to take an Entrance Test.

Assessment is based on coursework and examination.
