As you are doing MBA in Marketing and want to do job in Public Sector Companies there fore firstly you have to check the eligibility criteria of different PSU companies that whether you are eligible or not for that
After checking eligibility criteria fill the online form and pay the application fee for that
After that you have to fight an exam conducted by a particular company
Once you cleared the Exam you have to give an interview
And if you are selected in the interview you are selected for doing job in that company
