Firstly you have to go on official website of TNPSC.

On that page in right side you will get one option of On-line Services.

When you will go on that option you will get one more option of Hall Ticket Download.

You have to do click on that option.

After clicking you will get all notification which are available on that time.

Whenever admit card will come you can get notification on that page and then you have to do click on that option and after filling required information you can get your admit card.
