Age limit for Postal Assistant recruitment exam
Minimum of 18 years and maximum of 25 years. The date to determination of age is the last date as mentioned in the advertisement/notification issued by post office department of AP


Qualification
One must possess 10+2 or 12th class from the recognized board in India. The English subject is required in the 10th and 12th class. The language which is required to apply is the state language in which the candidates belong. The aspirants who have higher qualifications can also apply, but the state language and English subject is required.

Computer & Typing Skills:

Knowledge and experience in computer basic are also required for apply this post, typing speed in Hindi should be 25 words and 30 words in English per minute.

Syllabus for Postal Assistant recruitment exam

Aptitude Test:
The syllabus for aptitude test contains the subjects like English, Mathematics, Reasoning, General Knowledge and analytical ability. The paper will contain the total of 100 questions with 1 marks of each question.

Postal Assistant recruitment exam pattern
The duration of the exam will be two hours. The total marks for all the subject will be 100. The classification of marks subject wise is given below. 1) 25 Questions on General Knowledge – 25 marks, 2) 25 Questions on Mathematics – 25 Marks, 3) 25 Questions on English – 25 marks, 4) 25 Questions on Reasoning and Analytical Ability – 25 Marks

Typing test: The duration of the typing test is 30 minutes containing 450 words of English paragraph and 375 words in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30/25 words.
