The objective of the placement Cell of National Institute of Design NID is to provide a strategic platform to facilitate interaction between academia and industry

Students are encouraged to pursue opportunities in areas such as social communication, service sectors, technology enhanced learning, Craft Design, Green Design, Universal Design, and Experiential Design.

Placements:

The Schedule for the Placement Week, 2016 are:

1. NID Main Campus, Ahmedabad - 5th and 6th December, 2016

2. NID PG Campus, Gandhinagar - 7th December, 2016

The industry registration starts from August, 2016.

Type of participating Industries/companies: Multi-national companies, start-ups including studios / firms founded by NID alumni, academic institutions and couple of NGOs.

These institutions participated in the annual placement week for multi-disciplinary hiring in terms of full time placement and final semester placement.
