B.Sc Nursing (4 Years)


Eligibility for Admission:

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of:
Higher Secondary School certificate Examination (12years course)
Or
Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree Examination (10+2)
Or
An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with Science, Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Botany & Zoology) with minimum 45% (40% marks for SC, ST, MBC, OBC candidates) aggregate marks and English as a subject

One shall be medically fit.


Duration

The period of certified study and training is of Four academic years.


Admission Process / Selection Process

• Common Entrance Test for Pondicherry Private Paramedical Colleges (CETPPPC)
• Conducting authority name: Pondicherry Linguistic & Religious Minority Paramedical Colleges Welfare Association
• Examination Level: Puducherry State
• Purpose: To admit students in the B.Sc.(Nursing) course in the Private Nursing Colleges under the Management Quota.


Entrance Examination

All eligible candidates are required to undertake a written exam (multiple choice questions) on the prescribed date.
One is expected to report 1/2 an hour before the examination at the centre with the hall ticket.
The exam will be conducted in English.
The results of the selected candidates will be published in the website and intimated individually by post.
