PGDCA Fees in PRSU

I have done Graduation in Arts from PRSU. Now I want to do PGDCA Course to get knowledge of Computer from the same University. So tell me about fee structure for this Program. Is there any discount in fee structure for old students of PRSU University for any Post Graduate Program? Please provide application form for PGDCA Program.
