AP ,Telangana PGECET 2014 Results Published on 17-06-2014

AP PGECET 2014 Web Counseling is Starting on July 2014

Masters Degree courses

The Masters Degree courses which can be taken after acquiring necessary scores in the PGECET are in the following subjects-
Masters in Engineering
Masters in Technology
Masters in Pharmacy
Masters in Architecture
Special Graduate Level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) Masters Degree

Paper pattern
PGECETexaminations consists of each paper of 2 hours duration and carries a maximum of 120 marks.

All the question papers of PGECET will be fully objective type.

Candidates have to mark the correct answer by darkening the appropriate bubble against each question on an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) with HB Pencil only.

OMR Answer Sheets will be supplied along with the Question Booklet.

The AP PGECET 2015 is for those students who have not attempted GATE or have not qualified in GATE for the admission into M.TECCH courses .

Commonly called as: AP PGECET

Conducting Institute: Osmania University

GATE qualified applicants are given preference over the AP PGECET qualified candidates during seat allotment and admissions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be Indian .

Applicants must be residents of Andhra Pradesh and must meet the local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the regulations of admission.

Applicants must have scored 50% marks (45% in case Applicant belonging to reserved category) in B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in the respective disciplines

Important Dates:

Start of AP PGECET online applications: March, 2015

Last date for Submission & Registration of Online Application form without late fee: April, 2015

Last date for Submission & Registration of Online Application with late fee of Rs 500/-: May, 2015

Last date for Submission & Registration of Online Application with late fee of Rs 2000/-: May Second Week, 2015

Downloading of Hall Tickets: May Second Week, 2015

Dates of Entrance Test: May 25, 2015

Result: June, 2015

Counseling and Certificate Verification in the month of August 2015.

AP PGECET Counseling Process:

Applicants who qualify in GATE/ AP PGECET 2015 first attend the Document verification for the AP PGECET 2015 Counselling.

Applicants have to pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ST/PH) before verification of certificates

They have to enter their Web Options as per their preferences

Applicants will be allotted seats as per their Merit in GATE and AP PGECET 2015.
