Percentage required for BSc

I want to do B.Sc so can you please tell me what percentage is required in 12th to take admission in B.Sc?

There are many colleges in India which offers B.Sc degree
Some college gives admission on the basis of percentage obtained in 12th while some gives on the basis of entrance exam conducted by them

Generally the colleges want at least 40% to 60% marks in 12th for admission in B.Sc
