Oil Pulling Benefits

My friend recommended me for the Oil Pulling. What are Benefits of Oil Pulling? I have some problem in the teeth so i need to get some good treatment. Please tell the about the types of Oil Pulling and clinic that offering it? Please feel free to give me additional details about it?

An ancient Ayurvedic ritual dating back over 3,000 years, oil pulling involves placing a tablespoon of extra virgin organic cold pressed oil/coconut oil/sesame/ olive oil into mouth and then swishing it around for up to 20 minutes, minimum 5 minutes (pulling it between teeth), before spitting it out.

Do not swallow the oil as one will ingest the toxins one is trying to wipe out. Afterwards requires brushing teeth with all-natural fluoride-free toothpaste, and rinsing mouth out.
