The University of Otago as a public university located in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Online MBA programme is designed to be part-time and will take two-and-a-half years to complete instead of the on-campus 15 months.

To participate in the online classes, you will need the following:
-Access to broadband Internet
-A computer
-Good headphone and microphone set
-Somewhere you can set yourself up comfortably

Structure

The curriculum comprises 2 phases:

-In Phase 1, students take 12 core papers over 2 years. Lectures and examinations for each subject take place over 7 weeks, with a week break between subjects. The total credits for phase one are 180 (each paper is worth 15 credits).

-Phase 2 requires a further 60 credits. Students undertake a business project or international exchange or online electives or a combination of these up to 60 points.

Fees:
The fees are as follows:
Domestic 2016
Phase One - NZ$2,060 per paper (15 points)
Phase Two - NZ$8,240 (60 points)
Total domestic tuition fees for an entire programme starting in 2016 will be approximately NZ$34,000 (including annual increases).

International 2016
Phase One - NZ$2,625 per paper (15 points)
Phase Two - NZ$10,500 (60 points)
Total international tuition fees for an entire programme starting in 2016 will be approximately NZ$44,400 (including annual increases).

Additional information about fees
-Fees are inclusive of 15% GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax).
-Tuition fees do not include any of the University’s sundry charges.
-Some costs such as additional or specialised printing, stationery, and special events or trips are not included in the fee.
