Jawaharlal Nehru University M.Sc Biotech are as given below: M.Sc Biotech RESERVATION OF SEATS: 27% seats are reserved for OBC candidates (non creamy layer). 15% and 7.5% of seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates respectively in all programmes of study. 3% seats are reserved for Person with Disability candidates (with a minimum of 40% disability). All SC, ST and Person with Disability candidates who have passed and/or are appearing in the qualifying examination are eligible to appear in the entrance examination irrespective of their percentage of marks. Eligibility: The Candidates with bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4-years B.Sc. (Physician Assistant Course), or Medicine (MBBS) or BDS with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply. Selection procedure: Selection of the candidates will be done in accordance with their inter-se merit drawn on the basis of All India Entrance Examination Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology (CEEB). Application fees: General category candidates including OBC candidates: Rs.600 SC/ST/PH category candidates: Rs.300 (PH includes OH, VH and HH) Foreign national candidates: US$ 25.00 or Rs.1250 JNU M.Sc Biotech admission |
