National Institute of Technology, Warangal was established back in the year of 1959 and it is a federally funded technical institute in India. It is located on either side of Hyderabad - Warangal highway at a distance of 3 km from Kazipet Railway Station and 12 km from Warangal Railway Station.

Documents Required During Admission:
1. Printout of the registration form
2. Printout of the locked choices
3. Seat allotment letter downloaded from the CCMT website (coloured photograph pasted on it)
4. Original GATE score card (2014 or 2015) (web downloaded copy is acceptable for
GATE 2015 candidates)
5. Photo ID proof as per Govt. of India norms
6. Original Certificate of Date of Birth issued by competent authority or Class X (High
School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
7. Original Mark Sheet of Class XII
8. Original Grade/Mark Sheets of qualifying degree examination for all semesters
9. Original Degree / Provisional certificate, if qualifying degree is completed. If result of
qualifying degree is awaited, a certificate that all exams will be completed by 15 July 2015and results till pre-final semester have been declared with 60% marks/6.5 CGPA and NO backlog papers
10. Original Certificate of Social Category (OBC/SC/ST), if applicable, as per Government of India, issued by the competent authority. In case of OBC category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 1, 2015
11. Undertaking by the candidate regarding OBC status, if applicable, in the required format (Annexure III)
12. Original Certificate for Persons With Disabilities (PWD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority
13. Proof of payment of part Institute fee (PIF) of ₹ 20,000/- for first three rounds [₹
40,000/- (OC/OB) or ₹ 10,000/- (SC/ST) for NSR]
14. Original Migration Certificate fromlast Institute/University attended
15. Original Conduct Certificate from head of the institution last attended
16. Original Transfer Certificate from the head of the institution last attended
17. Passport size photographs 4 No’s.
18. Two sets of self-attested photocopy of all the above documents
