NIT Hamirpur MBA form

I want to do MBA from NIT Hamirpur and for that I want to apply online so please tell me from where I can get the application form for applying for the program and what the last date is for submission of application form.

The NIT Hamirpur offers master of Business Administration (MBA-Self Financed) courses.

Eligibility:
To get admission in this program, you must have done Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture or MCA with CGPI of 6.75.

The institute has not announced key dates for this program for year 2012 but as per last year the last date for submission of form can be first week of May 2012.
